4.3 Review Editing and Updates
IMPORTANT REVIEW POLICY:
- Initial reviews CANNOT be edited or deleted once submitted
- You may only add new information through follow-up updates
- Updates are appropriate when situations change (e.g., poor service gets rectified)
- This policy ensures review integrity and prevents manipulation
- All updates become part of the permanent review record
4.4 Ownership of Reviews
REVIEW OWNERSHIP TERMS:
- All reviews become the exclusive property of KiesSlim
- You grant us perpetual, irrevocable rights to your review content
- Reviews will NOT be deleted even if you close your account
- This ensures platform integrity and protects other users' access to information
- Reviews remain valuable community resources regardless of user status
